Please use this application form to apply for your son to sit our Year 7 Entrance Test on 20 September 2024. Applications are for boys who are born between 01.09.2013 - 31.08.2014. Please contact Admissions if your son's date of birth does not fall within these parameters. 

Please note this form may also be referred to as a SIF (Supplementary Information Form) by your local authority.
